Rob Swenson
Rob lit up the dressing
room when he walked in and would put a smile on everyone's face, except the opponent.
But truth be known, he never wanted to anyone to be unhappy and put a high value on sportsmanship.
Rob played with the Cowboys for many years before his sudden and shocking passing in 2024.
He is loved by all and sadly missed.
Ron Fontaine
Ron was a founding member of the Cowboys, even though he played against us in the first year! He got us into the league and then joined us.
Ron is a leader and a competitor and has always had the respect of his teammates. When he was sidelined by health issues in 2012, he did not leave
the team, showing up in the stands or behind the bench, eventually becoming the coach of the over 53 team where he led the squad to a League Championship,
which earned him the club bestowed title of "Coach of the Year". He has also been awarded Cowboy of the Year on 2 ocassions.
