Bill Frame 2008-2009

This posthumous award to Billy Frame is done with great sadness and respect. Billy, although not having played with the Cowboys for many years, made an indelible impression on the team to this day and beyond. From time to time he when he would show up in the dressing room after a game and he would be welcomed by all. Even those who never played with him recognized him as a true Cowboy.

His lovable character and straight forward attitude made him popular no matter where he went. We are proud and honoured to have him as a team member even for a comparatively short time, and we are privileged to know him as a friend forever.
